02 Practical Digital License
After successful payment, you will receive the official activation code (e-license) via email. This code comes directly from the Norton system; our support team only distributes the license to the buyer.

The price shown is the official price and already includes taxes & service fees, if applicable. There are no hidden fees beyond the listed price.
04 License Delivery Process
The digital license will be sent automatically to your email within a maximum of 5 minutes after successful payment. In case of a technical delay, our support team will help to verify and ensure the code is sent.

For software activation & license issues, you can contact Norton's official support.
Our team is also ready to help as a first layer support to make it easier for you to understand the activation steps.

06 Refund & Exchange Policy
This product is a digital license. Sent license codes cannot be refunded or exchanged. Therefore, please ensure the email and product selection are correct before making a payment.
07 Active Period & Renewal
The license is active according to the package you purchased (e.g., 1 year). After the validity period expires, you can easily renew it through the official system.
08 Devices & Compatibility
The Norton 360 license is valid for the number of devices specified in the subscription package. Please ensure your device is supported (latest Android/iOS version, stable internet). We are not responsible for issues on devices that do not meet the specifications.
09 Payments & Transaction Issues
All payments are processed through the official payment gateway (Midtrans).
If a problem occurs (e.g., pending, failed, or double charge), you can contact Midtrans directly with the invoice number.
Our team is ready to help follow up to ensure your transaction is processed correctly.
We do not store payment/card data. All financial data is secured by Midtrans.
10 Data Security & Privacy
Customer data (name, email, transaction) is only used for transaction, activation, & customer support needs.
Norton's security & protection data is on the global NortonLifeLock server, not at PT. Triple One Global.
We do not have access to your personal data in the Norton 360 application.
11 Limitation of Liability
Triple One Global is only responsible for the distribution of licenses & transaction support aspects.
All forms of software performance, bugs, features, and updates are entirely the responsibility of NortonLifeLock.
We are not responsible for any losses or technical disruptions outside of the license distribution.
12 Regulatory & Tax Compliance
All product transactions comply with Indonesian regulations. Taxes & service fees (if any) are already included in the price. You do not need to pay any additional fees outside of the official payment system.
13 Terms & Conditions Changes
Triple One Global reserves the right to update the terms & conditions at any time to adjust to global Norton policies, payment regulations, and applicable laws.
