01 Our Role
Triple One Global acts solely as the official retailer/distributor of Norton in ASEAN. We are not the developer of Norton 360 software and do not manage users’ technical data.
All security services, features, updates, and data storage are fully controlled by NortonLifeLock as the official owner of the Norton 360 product.
02 Data We Store
We only store the customer’s email address used during checkout.
This email is used only for:

Sending the activation code (e-license)

Serving as valid proof of transaction in case of payment issues
We do not store other information such as full name, address, phone number, or credit card data.
03 Payment
All payments are processed through the official payment gateway (Midtrans).
Triple One Global does not store financial data (e.g., card numbers, PIN, CVV).
If a transaction issue occurs (pending, failed, or double charge), resolution will be handled through Midtrans using the invoice number.
04 Privacy & Security
Customer email data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond transaction requirements.
All protection & security features of Norton 360 (e.g., virus scan, browsing protection, cloud backup) are directly managed by NortonLifeLock’s global servers.
We do not have access to your personal data within the Norton 360 application.
